Job Description

Oswego Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their expanding Anesthesia program. This full-time W-2 opportunity in Central New York offers a chance to work in a supportive, independent health system focused on quality care and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia for a range of surgical services including General Surgery, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, ENT (healthy peds), Ortho (nerve blocks preferred), GI, Urology, and Podiatry
• Work within a well-established team focused on high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care
• No first call required; second call only on an infrequent basis

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $325,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• 8 weeks paid time off

• Annual CME allowance and licensure reimbursement
• Malpractice insurance fully covered by Oswego Health

Job Requirements

• AANA certification required
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia/nerve blocks preferred
• Must hold or be eligible for a CRNA license in New York

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, W-2 position
• No first call, infrequent second call
• Collaborative and community-centered hospital setting
