Job Description

We are seeking CRNAs to join our Northeast Float Pool serving hospitals in the vibrant northeast portion of Nashville, TN. This full-time W-2 position offers flexibility, an exciting mix of cases, and a newly increased base salary. Whether you’re an experienced CRNA or a new graduate, this float pool role provides exceptional work/life balance and generous incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across multiple hospitals in the Northeast Nashville area
• Support a variety of surgical specialties in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Work structured weekday shifts with limited weekend day call and no night shifts

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employee position
• Newly increased base salary
• Choice of $75,000 in tuition assistance or $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Premium pay for hours beyond 40/week
• Generous paid time off and schedule flexibility

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification – required
• Active Tennessee CRNA license – or eligibility
• New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome
• Adaptability to float between hospitals: Skyline, Summit, Sumner, and Hendersonville

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time float pool role – no nights
• Limited weekend day call
