Job Description
Deaconess Health System in Evansville, Indiana, is seeking multiple Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its anesthesia group due to growth and expansion of services. Cases include General, ENT, Neuro, Ortho, Vascular, and healthy pediatrics, but no OB or cardiac cases. The anesthesia team operates using a collaborative care model in the OR, while CRNAs have full autonomy in ancillary procedures outside the OR. Shifts are based on a 126-shift-per-year schedule (5 of 6 weekends), with flexibility for additional weekday shifts.
Job Qualifications
– Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
– Experience preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered.
– Commitment to providing high-quality, safe anesthesia care.
Annual Estimated Salary or Payment
– Base salary: $260,000 (126 shifts/year).
– Potential salary exceeding $300,000 with additional weekday shifts.
– Sign-on bonus: Up to $50,000 for a 5-year term.
– Up to 8 weeks off annually.
