Job Description

East Carolina Anesthesia Associates (ECAA) is seeking ambitious and driven CRNAs to join our team at ECU Health SurgiCenter in Greenville, NC. This is a full-time position in a busy 10-OR ambulatory surgery center, offering a wide variety of cases including ortho, general, ENT, podiatry, eyes, pediatrics, and gynecology. High-acuity cases such as lumbar and anterior fusions and hysterectomies are also performed. Pediatric case comfort is required. CRNAs practice autonomously in an ACT setting, with opportunities for clinical instruction of anesthesia students.

Job Qualifications

– Experience with pediatric cases
– Ability to work independently within an ACT model
– Willingness to participate in clinical instruction (optional)

Annual Estimated Salary or Payment

– Competitive salary based on experience
– OT rate of $150/hour
– Up to $70,000 signing bonus (3-year commitment) or $45,000 (2-year commitment)
