Job Description

SAAK ASC in Brookfield, Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its outpatient ambulatory surgery center. This full-time position offers a highly desirable schedule with no call and no weekend requirements in an independent practice setting.

CRNAs will provide anesthesia care for a variety of outpatient procedures, working autonomously while collaborating with surgical staff to ensure efficient and safe patient care. This role is ideal for providers seeking a predictable schedule and strong work-life balance in an ASC environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia including MAC, general anesthesia, and regional techniques
• Manage airway and establish IV access
• Monitor patients continuously throughout procedures
• Provide post-anesthesia care and ensure safe recovery and discharge
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $180,000 to $240,000
• W-2 employment structure
• Malpractice coverage provided ($1M / $3M)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Wisconsin state license required
• NBCRNA certification required or in process (negotiable)
• Current ACLS certification
• Strong airway management and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in an ASC setting

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W-2 position
• No call, nights, or weekend requirements
• Ambulatory surgery center setting
• Independent CRNA practice model
• Case mix includes general surgery, podiatry, and some cardiac procedures
• Use of regional blocks, epidurals, MAC, and general anesthesia
