Job Description

Freeman Health System is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our team in Joplin, Missouri. This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced CRNAs and new graduates to work in a medical supervision model with a high degree of autonomy. The CRNA will deliver direct anesthesia care and support a broad range of procedures in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer a wide variety of anesthetics, including general, orthopedics, neuro, ENT, GU, GYN, podiatry, robotics, GI, and healthy pediatrics
• Perform spinal, IV regional, and other regional techniques
• Manage arterial lines and central lines
• Provide anesthesia care in a medical supervision model with a high level of independence
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $250,000 – $340,000
• Additional income opportunities available
• $50,000 Education Stipend (3-year commitment) or $25,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment)
• 14–16 weeks off per calendar year, with 6–8 weeks of vacation of your choice

Job Requirements

• Missouri Registered Nurse License
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Anesthetist program
• Missouri Advanced Practice Certificate
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible schedule with a six-week rotation
• Day shifts include a mix of 12-hour and 10-hour shifts
• One weekend included in the six-week rotation (12-hour home call)
• Three weekend call positions rotated through, with third call counting as 12 hours (rarely called in)
