Job Description

Oregon Anesthesiology Group (OAG) is seeking full-time CRNAs to join our dynamic and growing private practice serving Legacy Health hospitals in the Portland/Vancouver metro area. This W-2 opportunity offers high compensation, strong benefits, a collaborative environment, and flexibility across multiple hospital sites within an anesthesia care team model.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality anesthesia care in OR and/or OB settings
• Work collaboratively within an anesthesia care team model across multiple hospital sites
• Maintain clinical excellence and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $310,000 – $330,000 (based on FTE)
• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Over $40,000 in benefits including:

• 10% 401(k) contribution
• 7 weeks PTO

• Relocation bonus

Job Requirements

• BSN or appropriate bachelor’s degree
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• CRNA certification and licensure in both Oregon and Washington
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-Time, W-2 Position
• Work at Legacy Health sites including Good Samaritan, Salmon Creek, Meridian Park, and Mt. Hood
• Support from a centralized Portland-based corporate office
