Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
• Administer anesthesia independently across a wide range of surgical specialties, including OB, orthopedics, general surgery, spine, plastics, and oncology.
• Perform arterial and central lines, as well as regional blocks.
• Manage patient care autonomously with anesthesiologist support available as needed.
• Participate in rotating call schedules with competitive pay for beeper and call-back time.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $260,000–$310,000 (W-2)
• $40,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Call Pay: $40/hour (beeper) and $175/hour (call-back, 3-hour minimum)
• 6 weeks PTO (for vacation, sick leave, family time, or CME)

• $2,500 annual educational stipend
• All professional fees covered (AANA, licensure, malpractice)

Job Requirements

• Active Maryland CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification
• Strong skills in regional anesthesia, central/arterial line placement, and autonomous anesthesia management
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on patient-centered care

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time hospital position
• Negotiable call rotation with post-call flexibility
• Opportunity for additional overtime or elective weekend shifts
• Approximately 20,000 surgical cases annually, ranging ASA 1–4
• Collaborative CRNA-led team with physician support available
