Job Description

Seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the team at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland. This position offers a newly increased base salary, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling options, and the opportunity to enhance your OB anesthesia skills with structured preceptorship and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a wide range of cases including heavy OB, orthopedics, oncology, GI, bariatric, and general surgery.
• Participate in the OB Preceptorship Opportunity designed for new graduates and experienced CRNAs seeking advanced OB training.
• Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and the broader perioperative team to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Engage in flexible scheduling with options for 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts, with call opportunities to increase earnings.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $220,000 – $275,480 annually (with premium pay and shift differentials).
• $50,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment; prorated payback if not fulfilled).

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
• Active Maryland CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong interest or experience in OB anesthesia (mentorship available).
• Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and clinical skills across multiple specialties.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, hospital-based position at Holy Cross Hospital.
• Shift options: 8, 10, 12, or 24 hours.
