Join a world-renowned academic medical center as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Baltimore, MD. Key Responsibilities

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and other anesthetics to surgical patients
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, obtain informed consent, and develop anesthetic care plans
• Evaluate and manage patient airways and pulmonary status
• Insert and monitor invasive and non-invasive devices
• Manage emergence, recovery, and post-anesthesia evaluation
• Collaborate with attending anesthesiologists and surgical teams for safe, effective care
• Ensure all necessary equipment and medications are prepared and available

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $202,878+
• $30,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program approved by the Maryland Board of Nursing (Master’s degree or higher if completed after Jan 1, 2008)
• Certification from the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (or equivalent)
• Current Maryland RN and CRNA license
• CPR and ACLS certification required
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting and transporting patients/equipment
