Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification from the NBCRNA
• Current RN and APRN licenses in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
• BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
• Experience in a hospital or surgical center setting preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the anesthesia process
• Provide post-anesthesia recovery care, including pain management
• Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation
