Job Description

Knoxville Orthopedic Surgery Center is hiring a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join an all-CRNA team at its outpatient facility in West Knoxville, Tennessee. This position features an exceptional work-life balance, with no call and 10 weeks off per year. Providers enjoy full practice autonomy with the option to perform or learn blocks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver independent anesthesia care for outpatient orthopedic surgeries
• Participate in or learn regional block techniques if desired
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia services

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 salary: $240,000–$250,000 annually
• 1099 option available
• 10 weeks off per year
• 10% 401(k) employer contribution

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Tennessee license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Outpatient or orthopedic anesthesia experience preferred, but not required

• Mix of 10- and 12-hour shifts
