Job Description

Tufts Medicine in Boston, MA is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its expanding anesthesia team at Tufts Medical Center. Positions are available for full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia under the supervision of attending anesthesiologists in a collaborative care team model.
• Monitor and manage patients before, during, and after anesthesia administration.
• Ensure safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties.
• Participate in patient assessments, anesthetic planning, and postoperative recovery management.
• Maintain professional standards of care and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $260,000–$300,000 (based on experience and schedule)
• $75,000 sign-on bonus for full-time (40-hour/week) CRNAs
• Flexible scheduling options: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem
• Opportunities with or without call

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current Massachusetts RN and CRNA licensure (or eligibility)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Both experienced CRNAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply
