1099 Agency / Recruiter Full Time IN Locum Tenens No Call

Job Description

Goshen Hospital is seeking 6 locum CRNAs for ongoing coverage at Goshen Hospital in Goshen, Indiana beginning in October. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with no-call options available.

CRNAs will work independently, performing their own cases with a strong emphasis on regional anesthesia and OB proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia services across a diverse case mix
• Perform regional blocks and manage orthopedic cases
• Provide obstetric anesthesia coverage
• Handle outpatient surgical anesthesia cases

Compensation & Benefits

• $2,000 per day
• $250 per hour
• 1099 independent contractor status
• No-call options available
• Malpractice not provided ($1M/$3M coverage required)

Job Requirements

• Active Indiana license required
• NBCRNA certification required (must be fully certified)
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Regional anesthesia and OB proficiency required
• New graduates accepted

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum tenens assignment beginning in October
• First and second call frequency varies (post-call day off provided if applicable)
• Independent practice model
• Hospital-based anesthesia practice
