Job Description

Clinical Colleagues is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join an all-CRNA practice at Parkview Kosciusko in Warsaw, Indiana. This full-time 1099 position offers exceptional autonomy, high compensation, and ample time off, making it ideal for CRNAs who value independence and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope anesthesia services in a solo CRNA model
  • Independently manage cases with a high degree of autonomy
  • Deliver safe, high-quality care in a community hospital environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base compensation: $375,000 annually
  • $25,000 commencement bonus
  • 13 weeks off annually
  • 1099 independent contractor role

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Active or eligible Indiana CRNA license
  • Comfortable working independently without MD supervision

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time 1099 contract
  • Independent practice model – All CRNA team
  • Supportive, collaborative environment with a focus on provider autonomy
