Job Description

Rainier Anesthesia Associates (RAA) is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our independent practice at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and a structured transition program for new graduates.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $250,000 – $370,000 per year
  • Flexible scheduling with a mix of day shifts, nights, and weekends
  • Guaranteed day off for appointments
  • Schedule provided 2-3 months in advance to ensure work-life balance
  • Physician anesthesiologist always in-house for support

Job Requirements

  • New graduates welcome – structured transition program available
  • Board certified or recertified by the NBCRNA
  • Ability to work independently in a busy OR setting
  • Must live within a 30-minute response time for overnight call shifts

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Independent practice model
  • 4 shifts per week
  • Overnight call available but not required (not required for new grads in the first 3 months)
  • Case mix includes general surgery, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, spines, robotics, and some ENT
