Job Description

Samaritan Health Services is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our established independent practice group at Samaritan Albany General Hospital in Albany, Oregon. This is a hospital-employed position offering autonomy, an attractive compensation package, and a high quality of life in the scenic Willamette Valley.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care across two hospital locations (one per shift)
• Administer general, regional, MAC, and neuraxial anesthesia
• Support surgeries including OB, ENT, GI, general, ortho, ophthalmology, and urology
• Work collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing care team

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $300,000–$500,000 per year
• $100,000 forgivable loan
• Starting bonus and relocation assistance
• Full benefits including paid malpractice, CME allowance, and EPIC EMR

Job Requirements

• CRNA certification with eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Experience preferred in general, regional, MAC, and neuraxial techniques
• Excellent communication and clinical skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position in a non-profit, integrated hospital setting
• Independent practice model with team support
• Work split between two facilities (only one per day)
