Facility (Direct Hire) Full Time MO No Call W-2

Job Description

OrthoMed Anesthesia is seeking one full-time W2 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its anesthesia team serving multiple ambulatory surgery centers across the Kansas City metro area. The primary site is Creekwood North Kansas Surgery Center, with additional coverage across affiliated orthopedic-focused ASCs.

This is a Monday–Friday position offering strong work-life balance with no call and no weekend responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across multiple ASC locations in the Kansas City area
• Practice within a 100% medically directed anesthesia care model
• Administer induction agents as part of the anesthesia care team
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and AAs in a high-functioning team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• W2 full-time employment with full benefits

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification required (exam process negotiable)
• Active Missouri license required (Kansas license also required per posting)
• Current ACLS certification
• Subspecialty fellowship negotiable
• New graduates negotiable

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W2 position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• No first or second call
• No weekend responsibilities
• Team includes 6 full-time anesthesiologists, 5 part-time anesthesiologists, 15 full-time CRNAs, 6 part-time CRNAs, and 4 AAs
• Coverage across Creekwood North Kansas Surgery Center and affiliated Kansas City ASC locations
