Job Description
We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide locum coverage at HCA Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a Level 1 Trauma Center offering high acuity, diverse cases with flexible scheduling options and excellent support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for general, orthopedic, neuro, pediatric, trauma, and OB cases
- Work collaboratively in a care team model
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and coordination
- Provide anesthesia during scheduled day and night trauma or OB/OR shifts

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Experience with trauma and high-acuity cases preferred
- EPIC EMR experience is a plus
- Must be eligible for Missouri licensure
Schedule & Work Environment
- 590-bed hospital with 52 ICU beds
- Level 1 Trauma Center
- Shift options include:
- 9 – 8-hour day shifts (Mon–Fri)
- 4 – 10-hour day shifts (Mon–Fri)
- 2 – 12-hour day shifts (Mon–Fri)
- 1 – 12-hour day trauma (Mon–Sun)
- 1 – 12-hour night trauma (Mon–Sun)
- 1 – 12-hour day OB/OR (Mon–Sun)
- 1 – 12-hour night OB/OR (Mon–Sun)
- Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days
