Job Description

Morrison Community Hospital in Morrison, Illinois is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures including orthopedic, ENT, general surgery, urology, gynecology, neurosurgery, and podiatry
  • Utilize a wide range of regional anesthesia techniques (interscalene, TAP, adductor, popliteal sciatic, etc.)
  • Collaborate with excellent surgical and clinical teams in a rural critical access hospital setting
  • Ensure safe and efficient perioperative care in accordance with best practices

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $250,000 to $350,000 annually (W-2)
  • Sign-on bonus available
  • Performance-based raises
  • Flexible scheduling – four-day work week (Monday through Friday)

Job Requirements

  • Current CRNA certification
  • Eligible for licensure in the state of Illinois
  • Strong skills in regional anesthesia preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, four-day work week
  • No weekends, no holidays, no call, no nights
  • Supportive and growing rural hospital environment
