Job Description

Penn Highlands Healthcare is actively hiring CRNAs for its hospital in Dubois, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia across a broad spectrum of surgical cases
  • Work in a collaborative team alongside anesthesiologists and surgical staff
  • Provide in-house anesthesia call coverage (no additional call)
  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary between $240,000–$260,000
  • Sign-on bonus available

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Eligible for Pennsylvania CRNA licensure
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Multiple scheduling options available:
    • 5×8-hour shifts
    • 4×10-hour shifts
    • 1×24-hour + 2×8-hour shifts
    • 6×24-hour shifts/month
  • All call is in-house
  • Wide variety of cases: Cardiac, Neuro, OB, Trauma, GI, Orthopedics, Pediatrics
