Job Description

Penn Highlands Healthcare is actively hiring CRNAs for its hospital in Dubois, Pennsylvania. This full-time opportunity offers unmatched scheduling flexibility, a wide variety of case types, and a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia across a broad spectrum of surgical cases
Work in a collaborative team alongside anesthesiologists and surgical staff
Provide in-house anesthesia call coverage (no additional call)
Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary between $240,000–$260,000
Sign-on bonus available

Job Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Eligible for Pennsylvania CRNA licensure
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Schedule & Work Environment

Start Date: Immediate
Multiple scheduling options available:
- 5×8-hour shifts
- 4×10-hour shifts
- 1×24-hour + 2×8-hour shifts
- 6×24-hour shifts/month
All call is in-house
Wide variety of cases: Cardiac, Neuro, OB, Trauma, GI, Orthopedics, Pediatrics
