Job Description

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our surgical team in Rochester, New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative and highly skilled team in a supportive and state-of-the-art environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia for a variety of cases including OB, Neuro Spine, Dental, ENT, General, Bariatric, and Orthopedics
Work with a collaborative surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care
Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop patient-specific care plans
Monitor patient responses to anesthesia and adjust care as needed
Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary between $300,000 and $375,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Sign-on bonus up to $25,000
Retention bonus up to $50,000
Loan forgiveness up to $10,000
Relocation assistance provided

Job Requirements

Current CRNA certification
Active New York RN and APRN licensure
Open to new graduates
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time position
Self-scheduling with a full range of shifts available
