We are seeking full-time CRNAs to provide outstanding care while also serving as faculty preceptors for SRNA students. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia for a broad range of inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures
• Educate and supervise SRNAs as a faculty preceptor
• Participate in professional development and grand rounds

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $250,000–$350,000
• Sign-on bonus available
• SRNA Grant available up to one year before employment
• Eligible for $5,000/year loan forgiveness (Illinois Nurse Educator Repayment Program)
• 208 hours PTO + 7 paid holidays

• $50K fertility benefit lifetime max
• $2,000/year CME + $1,500 every 3 years for licenses/certifications

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current Illinois RN and APRN licensure
• ACLS and CPR certifications required

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible scheduling – choose from 8s, 10s, or 12-hour shifts
• Minimal call with pager pay and rare call-ins (only ~10%)
• No in-house call required
