Job Description

Join the anesthesiology department at Salem Health in Salem, Oregon, as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This full-time position offers a collaborative practice model with supervised CRNAs and a wide variety of surgical cases, including trauma, general, neurosurgery, orthopedics, OB, pediatrics, cardiothoracic, and more. Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
– Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthetist program.
– Current unrestricted license to practice as a CRNA in Oregon (OSBN).
– Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
– Current DEA registration (schedules II-IV).
– Current ACLS and PALS certification through the American Heart Association.
– Demonstrated experience with at least 500 anesthetics in the past 24 months.
– Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience, including acute care surgical experience preferred.

Annual Estimated Salary or Payment

Guaranteed base salary: **$306,000** (4-day, 40-hour work week).
