Job Description

Santiam Hospital & Clinics, located in Stayton, Oregon, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our all-CRNA group. This is a full-time, W2 position offering competitive compensation and an excellent work-life balance. Santiam Hospital & Clinics is a 40-bed acute care hospital with a strong orthopedic and total joint program, providing a wide range of surgical services in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia for general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, podiatry, endoscopy, cataracts, ENT, and healthy pediatrics (over 2 years old). OB coverage includes approximately 200 deliveries per year. Experience with ultrasound-guided blocks is preferred but not required. CRNAs work independently with physician collaboration available when needed. The position includes a manageable call schedule with post-call days off.

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Oregon state license or eligibility
• Experience with ultrasound-guided blocks is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a CRNA-only practice
• Ability to cover a mix of general, orthopedic, OB, ENT, and pediatric cases

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling
• 1 weekday call per week
• Every 5th weekend call (post-call day off guaranteed)
• EMR system: Epic
• Independent CRNA practice with physician collaboration available
