Job Description
St. Joseph’s Health in Syracuse, New York, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their dynamic anesthesia team. The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients’ vital signs, and overseeing patient recovery from anesthesia. Shifts vary between 8, 10, and 12 hours. This role emphasizes autonomy, clinical expertise, and a commitment to the highest quality of care.
Job Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Active RN and APRN licensure in the state of New York.
- Experience in anesthesia care across various surgical and procedural settings.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and proficiency with anesthesia equipment.
Annual Estimated Salary or Payment
Minimum: $250,000
Maximum: $280,000
Additional compensation may include productivity bonuses, quality incentives, and other cash rewards.
