Job Description
Private practice in the South Bay/Torrance area is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for PRN coverage at a plastic surgery center. This role offers $200/hour with a guaranteed minimum of $1,200 per day. CRNAs will work autonomously, delivering anesthesia for a wide range of cosmetic outpatient procedures.
This is a perfect opportunity for experienced CRNAs who are comfortable managing cases independently in a boutique surgical setting and collaborating closely with a surgical team focused on patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for outpatient plastic surgery procedures
- Independently manage patient care from pre-op to recovery
- Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and patients
Compensation & Benefits
- $200/hour (1099)
- $1,200 daily minimum guarantee

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Eligible to work in California
- Strong independent practice and communication skills
- Experience with outpatient plastic surgery cases preferred
