Job Description

Park Central Anesthesia is seeking experienced CRNAs to join our autonomous, team-based care model at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix. Enjoy a flexible schedule, excellent compensation, and a supportive work environment in a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia for general, GYN/Urology, Ortho, ENT, Plastics, and Robotics cases
  • Occasional support for Lithotripsy, MRI, IR, and Endoscopy
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a care team model

Compensation & Benefits

  • 1099 contractor position
  • Annual compensation: $280,000 – $320,000
  • Optional premium pay for nights, weekends, holidays, and call

Job Requirements

  • Board Certified CRNA
  • Comfortable practicing autonomously in a care team setting

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Flexible shifts: 10- or 12-hour (Main OR), 12- or 24-hour (OB)
  • No required call or weekends
  • Work at a Level 1 Trauma Center with 10 Main OR suites
