Job Description
Unio Health Partners is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for part-time or per diem opportunities in Encinitas, California. This position focuses on providing anesthesia services for gastrointestinal procedures in an outpatient setting.
The role offers flexible scheduling and competitive hourly compensation with a guaranteed minimum shift. CRNAs will work in a streamlined environment performing anesthesia for GI cases with no call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for gastrointestinal procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and patient evaluations
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures
- Ensure patient safety throughout the perioperative process
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to maintain efficient procedure flow
Compensation & Benefits
- $200 per hour compensation
- 8-hour minimum shift guarantee
- Flexible part-time or per diem scheduling
- 1099 independent contractor arrangement
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Eligible for licensure in the state of California
