Job Description
First Surgery Center, Inc. in Temecula, California is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a PRN position. This role involves providing MAC/propofol anesthesia services for GI cases and, in the near future, for surgical procedures as the facility expands its operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver MAC/propofol anesthesia services primarily for GI procedures
- Support upcoming surgical cases as the center expands to additional ORs
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period
- Collaborate with a professional and cohesive surgical team
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily rate: $1,500
- 1099 independent contractor position
- State-of-the-art facility with fully equipped anesthesia carts in each OR
Job Requirements
- Current CRNA certification
- Active California RN and APRN licensure
- Competency in providing MAC/propofol anesthesia independently
- Experience with GI procedures preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN position with flexible scheduling
- Work in a 2.5-year-old ASC with 3 ORs (1 currently in use; 2 opening soon)
- Spacious ORs and a collaborative, supportive team culture
- Utilizes gGastro EMR with integrated polling for streamlined documentation
