Job Description

Delta Health is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its anesthesia team in Delta, CO. For nearly 40 years, CRNAs have been the exclusive anesthesia providers in Delta County, offering complete autonomy in patient care. This full-time role features a four-day workweek, rotating call, and post-call days off, all within a collaborative and supportive hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical and procedural cases
Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans
Administer and monitor anesthesia to ensure patient safety and comfort
Respond to on-call duties within 30 minutes as required
Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay: $218,400 – $310,851 annually

Job Requirements

Active CRNA license in Colorado (required)
BLS and ACLS (required upon hire)
PALS (required upon hire or within 6 months)
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience preferred
Ability to perform under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies

Schedule & Work Environment

Four-day workweek with rotating call (1 in 6 weekends)
Post-call day off guaranteed
Independent CRNA practice model
Collaborative, patient-focused hospital environment
