Job Description
Turiya Anesthesia is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its team at Memorial Hospital of Gardena in Gardena, California. This full-time opportunity offers a hybrid CRNA/MD practice model with a high level of autonomy and a supportive clinical environment.
CRNAs will provide anesthesia care for a variety of bread-and-butter cases in a modern hospital setting. This role is ideal for providers seeking independence, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, clinician-led practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for orthopedic, general surgery, GI, and podiatry procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized care plans
- Administer anesthesia including regional techniques as appropriate
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure safety
- Provide post-anesthesia care and recovery management
- Participate in leadership or administrative duties as opportunities arise

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Eligible for California state licensure
- New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome
- Experience with regional anesthesia preferred
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid practice model
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time 1099 position
- Home call with negotiable call schedule
- No second call responsibilities
- Independent CRNA practice with MD collaboration available
- Hospital setting with 172-bed capacity
- Case mix includes orthopedic, general surgery, GI, and podiatry
- No OB or cardiac anesthesia cases
