Job Description

Gastro Health, a leading provider of digestive and liver health services, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our expanding team in the Baltimore Metro Region. This role offers an excellent work-life balance with no call, no weekends, and no evenings. You will work in state-of-the-art, single-specialty endoscopy centers located in Columbia, Catonsville, and Towson, Maryland. Gastro Health is a growing national healthcare organization with over 150 locations in seven states, providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures in a single-specialty setting.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop personalized anesthesia care plans.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the perioperative period.
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists and medical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $280,000 – $300,000 annually

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree and Master’s degree in Anesthesia or Nursing
• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program approved by the AANA Council on Certification
• Current CRNA certification and active Maryland licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• No weekends, no evenings, no holidays
• State-of-the-art, single-specialty endoscopy center
