1099 Call Required Facility (Direct Hire) Full Time WI

Job Description

New Full-Time 1099 opportunity in an all-CRNA practice. Compensation: $320K – $350K, with 8 weeks of vacation and 24 post-call days off. Equal call rotation.

This is a 1099 opportunity in an all-CRNA practice. Base compensation is $325K plus incentive pay. Malpractice insurance is reimbursed. Call is distributed equitably amongst the group with a 30-minute call back response from home or the hospital-supplied call apartment. Half the time, post-call days are off (24 days) in addition to eight weeks of vacation.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate should have experience performing ultrasound-guided nerve blocks. The practice has a robust orthopedic focus requiring daily peripheral nerve block procedures. Training is available for the right candidate.
• Comfortable working in an independent practice and taking call independently, including placing labor epidurals and central lines.
• APNP certification and DEA license required.
• Team-focused, professional, adaptive, with strong communication skills.
