Job Description

Covenant Anesthesia Group at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, TN, is hiring full-time CRNAs. The position offers a $100K sign-on bonus and a $15K relocation allowance. Anesthesia services are provided across various sites, with a wide case mix, including general, cardiac, ortho, neuro, GYN, urology, and robotic surgeries. Job Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed CRNA

$200,000 – $250,000, with additional incentives like sign-on and relocation bonuses
