Job Description
Established private practice in the Fresno, California area is seeking full-time and part-time CRNAs for bread and butter cases. This high-paying opportunity includes flexible scheduling, home call with post-call day off, and a GI-focused position available. SRNAs are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia for bread and butter surgical cases
- Perform general anesthesia for general surgery, OB (if applicable), and GI procedures
- Take home call with guaranteed post-call day off
- Maintain independent practice in a supportive team environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn up to $425,000 annually (1099)
- Flexible part-time or full-time schedules
- Home call with post-call day off

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- New graduates (SRNAs) encouraged to apply
- Eligible for licensure in California
Schedule & Work Environment
- Start Date: June 16, 2025
- Call: Home call, negotiable, with post-call day off
- Setting: Surgery center and/or hospital, depending on role (GI or B&B)
- Employment Type: 1099 independent contractor
- No hearts or heads
