Job Description

CPR Anesthesia, Inc. is seeking one to two Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a high-performing outpatient GI endoscopy center in Colorado Springs. This opportunity is focused exclusively on gastrointestinal endoscopy cases utilizing IV sedation only, offering a streamlined clinical environment with predictable workflows and excellent work-life balance. The position is available on a full-time basis, with part-time or PRN consideration for the right candidate.

This is a CRNA-only practice model with no medical direction, allowing providers to practice independently while working alongside a well-trained, collaborative anesthesia team. The center is known for its patient-centered culture, efficient operations, and supportive surgeons and staff. With no call, no weekends, and no inpatient responsibilities, this role is ideal for CRNAs seeking stability, autonomy, and consistency in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IV sedation anesthesia services for outpatient GI endoscopy procedures
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
• Develop and execute safe, individualized anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery phases
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with endoscopy staff to ensure efficient patient flow and safety

Job Requirements

• Active Colorado CRNA license or eligibility to obtain
• NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS certification
• PALS not required
• Outpatient anesthesia experience preferred
• New graduates considered on a case-by-case basis
