Job Description

Join the collegial anesthesia team at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center, located in the scenic Finger Lakes region of New York. This CRNA role offers a mix of cases, regional anesthesia opportunities, a flexible schedule, and a robust support structure with EPIC EMR and dedicated OR scheduling management. Choose between a $40K starting bonus or $100K loan forgiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for a variety of cases including Ortho, ENT, Urology, and Gyn
Perform regional anesthesia (where applicable)
Work within a collaborative Anesthesia Care Team model
Participate in a structured OR schedule managed by the department

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $220,000 – $270,000
Choice of $40,000 starting bonus or $100,000 student loan forgiveness (paid over 6 years)
5 weeks PTO + holidays + sick time

Malpractice with tail coverage
$1,700 annual CME allowance + 7 days meeting time

Job Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with NBCRNA certification
Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State
Strong interest in quality care, regional blocks, and teamwork

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, flexible scheduling accommodated
Call: Every 7th night (FIRST call)
4 operating rooms in a supportive community hospital
Robust EPIC EHR system
