Job Description

We are hiring full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the collaborative team at Salina Regional Health Center in Salina, Kansas. This opportunity offers top-tier W2 compensation, flexible call options, and a $45,000 sign-on bonus, with additional support for relocation, CME, and loan forgiveness. CRNAs are respected, autonomous providers at SRHC, practicing at the top of their scope in a full-spectrum, high-acuity environment. Leadership roles and new grad mentorship available.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia independently for a wide range of surgical specialties
• Perform general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Support procedures in general surgery, ortho, GI, urology, ENT, OB, cardiac, and neuro
• Collaborate within a dynamic, hospital-employed CRNA model
• Take call based on preference – both call and no-call positions available

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation: $300,000 (with call) or $229,000 (no call)
• W2 employment with full benefits through Salina Regional Health Center
• $45,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for licensure in the state of Kansas
• Open to experienced CRNAs and new graduates
• Comfortable practicing independently in a high-acuity hospital setting

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W2 position with flexible scheduling options
• Call and no-call roles available
• Work at a 393-bed Level III trauma center with 24/7 emergency services
• Academic affiliation with the University of Kansas School of Medicine
