Job Description
Oroville Hospital in Northern California is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their respected, autonomous team. This is a top-of-license role in an independent CRNA practice model with exceptional compensation, a broad case mix, and generous time off. Work directly with the hospital under a 1099 contract—no management company involvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently provide full-spectrum anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical specialties
- Participate equally in work, call, and time off scheduling with fellow CRNAs
- Collaborate with a supportive Chief Anesthesiologist and surgical teams
- Opportunity to teach RRNAs in a high-autonomy environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $400,000–$550,000 annually (fee-for-service model with guaranteed call pay)
- 1099 direct contract with the hospital (not through a management company)
- ~12 weeks off annually with flexible scheduling and per diem support
- Malpractice liability insurance and relocation expenses covered

Job Requirements
- Active California CRNA license or eligibility
- NBCRNA certification
- Strong independent clinical skills and experience working at the top of license
- Willingness to participate in call and team-based scheduling
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position with shared call and time off
- Approximately 12 weeks off annually
- Independent CRNA practice model within a highly collaborative hospital team
- Supportive leadership with more than 20 years of anesthesia direction
