Job Description

Rainier Anesthesia is seeking full-time CRNAs for a dynamic, independent practice based in the southern Seattle metro area. This is a collaborative hospital-based role offering autonomy, a diverse case mix, and flexible scheduling. Physician support is always available, but CRNAs function as independent providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for cases including orthopedics, urology, gyn, ENT, spine, robotics, and general surgery
• Provide services in GI, radiology, and OB outside of the OR
• Cover occasional urgent/emergent night shifts (remote with 30-min response time)
• Participate in team scheduling and maintain a high level of peer collaboration

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $250,000–$370,000
• Incentive pay for holidays and extra shifts
• Flexible 4-shift/week full-time schedule
• Part-time options available for select candidates

Job Requirements

• Experience required (no new grads)
• Ability to practice independently with collaborative team support
• Washington state CRNA license (or ability to obtain)
• Commitment to relocating or residing in the Seattle metro area preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time: 4 shifts/week
• Day, night, weekend, and holiday rotations with schedule released 2–3 months in advance
• Guaranteed day off for personal appointments
