Job Description

Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, Maryland is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team. This is a full-time position offering one of the highest W2 salaries in the DMV region. The position provides a balanced work-life schedule and the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a wide range of cases, including Ortho, General, Urology, GI/Endo, Cath, OB/GYN, Podiatry, Neuro, and Eyes
• Manage OB cases with approximately 1,800 births per year
• Administer blocks, spinals, and epidurals as needed
• Collaborate with the surgical and medical team to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Use advanced anesthesia technology, including new anesthesia machines and EPIC EMR

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $347,000 (based on 40-hour work week)

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Active Maryland RN and APRN licensure
• Ability to work independently and handle a variety of cases
• Proficiency with spinals, epidurals, and nerve blocks preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Level III Trauma Center with over 300 beds
• Quick credentialing process (30–60 days)
• Equipped with state-of-the-art anesthesia technology
