Job Description
Oroville Hospital in Northern California is seeking one full-time CRNA to join its cohesive, autonomous anesthesia team. This is a 1099 direct hospital contract position (no management company) offering independent, top-of-license practice with strong earning potential and meaningful time off.
CRNAs practice without medical direction in a collaborative group environment with equal call and case distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia services across a broad hospital-based case mix
- Perform regional anesthesia including spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks
- Participate in equal call rotation (1:8 first call)
- Engage in SRNA teaching opportunities
- Collaborate with a supportive Chief Anesthesiologist Medical Director
Compensation & Benefits
- Income range: $400,000 – $575,000
- 1099 direct hospital contract
- Fee-for-service compensation model
- Guaranteed call pay
- Approximately 12 weeks off annually
- Full malpractice coverage paid

Job Requirements
- California state license required
- NBCRNA certification negotiable (exam process acceptable)
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
- No subspecialty fellowship required
- New graduates welcome
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time 1099 position
- 1:8 first call rotation with guaranteed post-call day off
- No second call responsibilities
- Independent practice model (no medical direction)
- Team includes 1 anesthesiologist, 8 full-time CRNAs, 3 part-time CRNAs, and 4 anesthesia technicians
- Broad case mix including orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, urology, interventional radiology, vascular, thoracic, pediatrics, OB, and outpatient surgery
