Job Description

An established private practice in the Bakersfield, California area is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs who prefer bread and butter cases and desire high compensation with a flexible schedule. New graduates (SRNAs) are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for bread and butter cases
  • Work independently in a private practice setting
  • Participate in a call rotation (once every 2 weeks)
  • Collaborate with a supportive anesthesia and surgical team

Compensation & Benefits

  • $450,000 annual compensation (1099)
  • Flexible shift options: 10, 12, or 14-hour shifts

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Eligible for licensure in the state of California
  • SRNAs (new grads) welcome to apply
  • Comfortable with bread and butter anesthesia cases

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time 1099 position
  • Shift options include 10, 12, or 14-hour days
  • Call rotation is once every two weeks
  • Supportive private practice setting
