Job Description

Azad Plastic Surgery is seeking an independent Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its growing cosmetic surgery practice in Winter Park, Florida. This full-time opportunity offers a highly desirable schedule with no call, no weekends, and no holidays while providing anesthesia care for elective plastic surgery procedures in a modern office-based surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia services for cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures
• Conduct comprehensive preoperative patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer and monitor general anesthesia throughout surgical procedures
• Manage airway and anesthetic emergencies when necessary
• Provide postoperative pain management and recovery oversight
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with the surgeon, OR manager, and nursing team to ensure efficient patient care

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual earning potential of $190,000 – $320,000
• 1099 independent contractor status
• No call responsibilities
• No weekend requirements
• No holiday coverage required
• Consistent surgical schedule with three operating days per week

Job Requirements

• Current Florida CRNA license required
• NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Ability to practice independently without anesthesiologist supervision
• Plastic surgery anesthesia experience preferred
• New graduates considered on a case-by-case basis
• No fellowship training required

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time 1099 opportunity
• Surgery days Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• 7:30 AM arrival time
• Typical 8-10 hour workdays
• Office-based anesthesia practice
• 100% independent CRNA model
• No call, weekends, or holiday coverage
• Cosmetic surgery cases involving face and body procedures
