Job Description
BayCare Medical Group (BMG) is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its expanding anesthesiology teams across multiple hospital locations throughout the Tampa Bay region and surrounding counties. This unique opportunity allows CRNAs to select the location, schedule, and practice environment that best aligns with their personal and professional goals while working within one of Florida’s most respected health systems.
Openings are available for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates. Following application, candidates will work directly with BayCare’s recruitment team to identify the best-fit opportunity based on preferred location, schedule, and clinical interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care within a collaborative anesthesia care team model
- Perform comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
- Administer and manage anesthesia throughout surgical procedures
- Monitor patients during and after anesthesia administration
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Deliver safe, patient-centered perioperative care across a variety of clinical settings
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary from $216,000 with tiered compensation based on experience
- Sign-on bonus available
- Eight weeks PTO available immediately upon hire

Job Requirements
- Current or eligible Registered Nurse license
- Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility for certification
- Ability to obtain necessary Florida licensure and credentialing
- New graduates encouraged to apply
