Job Description
UHealth SoLe Mia Medical Center, part of the University of Miami Health System, is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its growing anesthesiology department in North Miami, Florida. This hospital-based opportunity offers multiple scheduling options, strong compensation incentives, and the chance to work within a collaborative academic medical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and medical staff
- Perform pre-operative patient evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans
- Administer and maintain anesthesia during surgical procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia depth throughout procedures
- Manage airway and pulmonary support including intubation and ventilation
- Provide post-anesthesia recovery care and post-operative assessments
- Respond to emergency situations utilizing advanced life support techniques
- Document anesthesia care and maintain accurate patient records
Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000 sign-on bonus
- Full-time W-2 employment
- Time-and-a-half pay for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week

Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program required
- Current Florida CRNA license required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience required
- New graduates not accepted
- No fellowship training required
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time hospital-employed position
- No first-call responsibilities
- 100% medically directed anesthesia care model
- 13 CRNAs currently on staff
- Case mix includes outpatient surgery, thoracic, vascular, OB, orthopedic, neuro, and acute pain cases
- Academic medical center environment with collaborative physician support
