BayCare Medical Group (BMG) is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its growing anesthesiology teams across multiple hospital locations throughout Tampa Bay and surrounding counties. With opportunities available at nine hospitals, providers can choose the location, schedule, and practice environment that best aligns with their lifestyle and career goals.

New Graduate Support
BayCare’s “Earn As You Learn” program provides Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) with a monthly stipend during training, helping reduce financial burdens while completing their anesthesia education.
Job Requirements
- Current or eligible Registered Nurse license
- Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility for certification
- Current Florida licensure required or eligible
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current PALS certification required
- No fellowship training required
- New graduates encouraged to apply
