Job Description

MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its newly launched in-house anesthesia team. With just one opening left, this is a rare opportunity to practice at the top of your license with outstanding pay and autonomy. Options include full-time or PRN status, and either W-2 employment or 1099 contractor models.

This is a direct hospital-employed role—no management companies or middle layers—just full transparency, excellent support, and a culture that values CRNAs. Flexible shift lengths and generous time off are included.

Compensation & Benefits
