Osceola Medical Center in Osceola, Wisconsin is seeking a Chief Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to lead the anesthesia team. This full-time independent contractor position offers $380,000 annual compensation and an exceptional work-life balance with 17 weeks off each year.

This opportunity is offered through CCI Anesthesia, an independently owned national anesthesia management company that partners exclusively with anesthesiologists and CRNAs. The position provides clinical autonomy, leadership responsibilities, and the chance to help guide anesthesia services at a single hospital facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief CRNA overseeing anesthesia services at Osceola Medical Center
• Provide anesthesia care while practicing with clinical autonomy
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and surgical teams
• Participate in call rotation (first call every other night)
• Support quality patient care and operational excellence within the anesthesia department

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• NBCRNA certification required
• Wisconsin state license required
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• New graduates conditionally considered
